- I just woke up using the sleep patches for the first time. So here’s my experience… I placed one on my right temple and behind my ear (optional) on the right 15 minutes before retiring. - My SLEEP experience. I simply placed the patch on my left temple 15 minutes before bed and had an amazing restful sleep. Even with having to get up and go to the powder room during the night. - I’ve had better sleep in the last two nights than I’ve had in years! I normally wake up several times throughout the night and often times have a hard time falling back to sleep. When I wake up I’m still tired and have to fight to stay awake during the day. Two nights ago I tried a Sleep Patch. Within 20 minutes I fell asleep hard. I slept soundly the entire night and woke up feeling rested the next morning. I thought maybe it was a fluke since I had been exhausted that night and that was why I slept so hard. But last night I wore a patch again and slept just as soundly and slept through until this morning! Today I fell alert and refreshed. Looking forward to many more good night’s sleep. J.M. 05/2020.
